JUDO

John Guerriero, Sensei began training Martial Arts in 1990.

He earned his 1st Degree Black Belt in Judo and Traditional Ju Jutsu in 1996 from Emilio “Reno” Claudio of the Hoteikan System of Martial Arts.

Guerriero Sensei has assisted teaching Judo and Ju Jutsu to USMA West Point Cadets under the tutelage of his teacher who was the head of the Amry Judo Team.

He then began training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Steven Olivier and earning his blue belt in 2015.

In 2023 Guerriero Sensei earned the rank of 5th Degree (Shihan) in the Hoteikan System.

He is a certified Judo Coach with the United States Judo Association./
